NIE Plus Inc. is a small family-owned company located in the beautiful Niagara region of Ontario Canada. We are a consultative company that specializes in custom design and printing of branded apparel and products for small businesses, organizations, groups, and sporting teams.

For apparel our minimum order is quantity 24 pieces with any embellishment option and for promotional products minimum quantities will vary depending on the product.

Our turnaround time varies according to the order. Typically we target shipment of product from our facility within 3 weeks of the date of order. This time will vary for custom made apparel.

Shipping cost are based on your location and the product being ordered. We are able to provide you specific shipping costs when we know your ship to location(s) and the product(s) and quantities that you are planning to order.

Apparel sizes can vary by manufacturer. We work with you, our customer, to ensure you know how apparel styles fit so you can adjust your order accordingly.

To us, competitive pricing does not mean the ‘cheapest’ price. To us, competitive pricing means that we are going to ensure that the product you order is what you receive and that the value we provide you through the purchase process leaves you extremely pleased with the product you receive and extremely pleased with the price you paid for that product.

Our goal is to be here long-term to both stand behind the product we sell and also to continue to invest in people and equipment to bring the highest quality of products to market. To us, competitive pricing means that we take the burden off of you and your team of ensuring that the branded apparel and promotional product you purchase serves the purpose you intended and helps you build your brand and presence in your marketplace. Our goal is to become an extension of your organization and partner with you to help you build your brand. We take this responsibility seriously.

Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. For new customer we do require a 50% deposit when the order is placed and the remaining 50% will be due when the product is delivered. We do not require any payments until pre-production digital proofs have been electronically delivered to you and approved by you.

We have committed to Our Process to give you Our Assurance to mitigate your risk at every step along the way. But if for some reason, it didn’t work out and you aren’t completely satisfied, then we make returns easy and painless.

Of course, we look for every opportunity to be responsible for your happiness but there are a few exceptions:
  • Spelling mistakes provided by the customer.
  • Errors or mistakes on content provided by or approved by the customer.
